1. What we collect
Account info (name, email), order info (delivery address, phone, GPS coordinates for delivery verification), payment status (not raw card data), and basic analytics. We never sell your data.
2. Why we collect it
To process orders, verify delivery range, contact you about deliveries, and improve the shop experience. Address coordinates are only used to validate the delivery zone — we don't track you afterwards.
3. Cookies and sessions
We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising trackers.
4. Sharing
Delivery details are shared with the courier handling your order. Payment processing is handled by accredited South African providers. We do not share customer data for marketing.
5. Your rights (POPIA)
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Email hello@quali-prods.co.za to make a request.
6. Retention
We retain order records for at least 5 years for tax and warranty purposes. Account data is retained until you request deletion.
