Terms of Service

By using QUALI-prods and placing orders through the website, you agree to these terms. QUALI-prods is a South African online retailer based in KaMsogwaba, Pienaar (Mpumalanga).

All prices are in ZAR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for stock or pricing errors. Once an order is placed, you'll receive an order number and tracking link.

We deliver inside a service radius from our store, which is configurable by our team. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. There is no minimum order and delivery is 100% free on every order inside our service zone.

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Defective products are covered by our 7-month warranty — repair, replace or refund at our discretion. The 7-month warranty applies to every product sold on QUALI-prods, starting from the date of delivery.

QUALI-prods is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
